• On the 18th June Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur met dancer Ms. Aditi Sharma who extended an invitation to Shriji to her wedding taking place on the 23rd June. Shriji regretted he would be unable to attend the function due to a prior commitment.

• On the same day Shriji also met Kunwar Sahib Vishwavijay Singh Shaktawat of Ochadi to talk about Pratap Smarak Samiti.

• On the 20th June Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur met Mr. Gaj Singh Mehta at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur. This meeting was to talk about Pratap Smarak Samiti.

• Ms. Deepika Ahlawat, Research Asst. Asian Department from the Victoria and Albert Museum, London stayed in Udaipur from 23rd to 28th June to support the filming of a multimedia guide and prepare promotional material for the forthcoming exhibition at the V & A, Maharaja and the splendour of India's Royal Courts. • On the 24th June 2009 Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur met Mr. Dilpreet Singh Bindra, Catering Sales Manager from the Taj Hotel, New Delhi with Mr. Parveen Chander Kumar, GM, Taj Lake Palace,Udaipur. Mr. Bindra visited Udaipur in a car rally that will travel 12000kms and visit 60 Taj properties in 42 locations across the country including Udaipur. Mr. Bindra is using the occasion to convey a message of unity and peace to commemorate all the innocent men women and children who were caught up in the terrorist attack in Mumbai in November 2008. A video will be made of the rally dedicated to those who lost their lives.

• Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended the nuptial celebrations that took place in Udaipur and Jaipur for the marriage of Vasumana, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Virendra Mansingka and Suket, son of Mr. and Mrs. Sanjaya Singhal. A dinner was held at Lake House, Udaipur on the 24 June followed by Sangeet and Wedding at Jaipur. Dinner at Jagmandir Island Palace, Udaipur on the 27th June and lunch at The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace on the 28th June was followed by a concluding reception at Lake House, Udaipur
