Official Engagements of Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur

RCA Elections held at Jaipur
Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur travelled to Jaipur following the recent elections that took place to elect the President of Rajasthan Cricket Association. This was won by the jubilant Union Rural Development Minister, Mr. C. P. Joshi.
Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur was present to congratulate Mr. Joshi. Immediately after the elections, the first meeting of Rajasthan Cricket Association was called and Mr. Mewar, President of Udaipur Cricket Association was declared as the Permanent Special Invited Member of Rajasthan Cricket Association.

Inauguration of a Private Hanger at Maharana Pratap Airport, Dabok, Udaipur
On the 2nd December Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur inaugurated a private hanger developed by Lake Palace Hotels and Motels Pvt. Ltd, performing a religious ceremony. The hanger covers an area of about 11000 sq ft with a height of about 25 feet and can accommodate four small aircrafts at a time. It has a VIP lounge, Manager's office, kitchen, store rooms, Panel room and cloak room facilities. The authorities of Lake Palace Hotels and Motels Pvt. Ltd conveyed thanks to Mr. Ashok Verma, Director, Airport Authority of India ; Udaipur Airport ATC Team ; Mr. C. S. Hada, Engineer and his team, M/s Sohanlal Mathur and Mehta Associates on behalf of Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur.

Lecture on Urdu Language
Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur attended Bazme Adab 'Urdu Zaban Ki Mustakbil'. on the 16th December organized by Urdu Council of Meera Girls College, Udaipur
On this occasion the first student of Urdu batch of Meera Girls College, Ms. Hamida Banu, a renowned writer who has taught Urdu in America told the audience that Urdu is a rich language. Today Hindi/Urdu is the fourth most spoken language in the world. Musician Dr. Prem Bhandari also expressed feelings riciting a Gazal. The occasion was presided by Ms. Nirmala Godika, Principle, Meera Girls College.
