Awards to Employees

As part of a programme to motivate and award its employees the HR Department has initiated a programme to select 'Employee of the Month' for exemplary performance. Mr. Lal Singh Shaktawat, F&B Service, Fateh Prakash Palace; Mr. Nabin Pradhan, Repair & Maintenance, Shiv Niwas Palace; Mr. Naresh Patel, Housekeeping, Garden Hotel; Mr. Dashrath Singh, Stores, Shikarbadi Hotel; Mr. Lalit Mod, F&B Service, The Aodhi; Mr. Hari Krishna Singh Rathore, Front Office, Fateh Bagh and Mr. Rajesh Kumar, Security, MMCF were all awarded Employee of the Month for February 2011. The awards were presented by Mr. Andrew Batey, Chief Operating Officer, Mr. Adityaveer Singh, General Manager - Group Operations and Mr. H.A. Subramanian, General Manager, Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur, Capt. P.L. Choudhary, Director of Security, COMPO, Mr. Sushil Sharma, General Manager, Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur, Mr. Uttam Singh, Assistant Manager (IC), Shikarbadi Hotel, Udaipur and Mr. Digvijay Singh, Assistant Manager (IC), Garden Hotel, Udaipur.
