Later in the evening an interactive cooking demonstration on Mewari Cuisine was held for the Light of India Group including Canadian, American and Indian guests at Shiv Niwas Lawns, Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur. The dishes incorporated were chosen to show the versatility of the Cuisine using local ingredients. A small recipe booklet of the dishes was given to guests as a Souvenir. A team of Expert Chefs from HRH prepared Laal Maas Dhungaar, Methi Murgh Dahiwala, Khada Palak, Rabori Ki Subji, Lilwa Paneer and Chakki Lababdar. "Absolutely Delighted and Overwhelmed" were the words expressed by guests after the evening who also witnessed the Regal Festival, Holika Dahan Ceremony held at The Manek Chowk on 19th March.
