1. Shriji attended the shaadi ri ghot, celebrating the wedding ceremony of Kunwar Bhanupratap Singh, son of Maharaj and Ladi Sahiba Madhusudan Singh of Sheorati and Prachi, daughter of the Late Thakur Sahib and Thakurani Sahiba Rajnedra Singh of Chanana at Abhay Bagh, Sardarpura, Udaipur.
2. Shriji attended the wedding reception of Kunwar Kunal Singh Chawra, son of Thakur Sahib and Thakurani Sahiba Satyendra Singh Chawra and Kumari Himangini, daughter of Thakur Sahib and Thakurani Sahiba K.K. Singh of Kalukhera at Rani Ki Bawadi, Jamar Kotra Road, Kaladwas, Udaipur.

Thursday 8th December,
1. Accepting an invitation from Ms. Lakshmi Pratury, Host and Curator, The INK Conference, Shriji attended the 1st session of the Second INK Conference at the Marriott Hotel, Jaipur. The event was hosted in association with TED (Technology Entertainment and Design). The theme of INK 2011 was the 'Power of the Journey' where forty of the world's most eminent thinkers and doers shared their philosophy with the audience.

Wednesday 14th December,
1. Mr. Aloke Devichand, Associate Producer, Wavelength Films called on Shriji to film him for a documentary for BBC 2 television. The 60 minute documentary will explore the impact of William Shakespeare's plays on Indian theatre, cinema and society. The documentary will be presented by the British actress Felicity Kendal who grew up in India and worked with her parents there when they ran a travelling theatre company, Shakespeareana, during the 1950 and 1960's. As a child, Felicity Kendal performed at The City Palace Complex, Udaipur, at the invitation of Maharana Bhupal Singh which she describes in her autobiography, White Cargo. |
