1. Mr. Sudarshan Bhatnagar, Members of Bhatnagar Sabha called on Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur at The City Palace Complex, Udaipur where he was presented with a copy of their recently published community book 'Bhatnagar Darpan 2011'

2. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, President, Udaipur District Cricket Association attended the felicitation ceremony organized by Rajasthan Cricket Association to honour Rajasthan Cricket Team for retaining the Ranji Trophy for the second year in a row. Dr. C. P. Joshi, RCA President and Union Minister, Government of India, Mr. Salim Aziz Durani, Former Indian Cricket player and Mr. Shiv Charan Mali, Chairman, Sports Council were also present on the occasion.

Wednesday 29th February,
1. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, Executive Director, HRH Group of Hotels received the National Tourism Award in the 'Best Heritage Hotel (Grand)' category for Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur for the year 2010-11 from H.E. Smt. Pratibha Devisingh Patil, Hon'ble President of India and Mr. Subodh Kant Sahay, Minister of Tourism, Government of India. The event was held at Vigyan Bhawan, New Delhi and organized by the Ministry of Tourism, Government of India.

The award ceremony was attended by several dignitaries from the hotel, tourism and service industry. Ms. Vrinda Raje Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Custodianship Initiative Program, Eternal Mewar, Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation accompanied Mr. Mewar to the ceremony. HRH Group of Hotels has the proud distinction of having been awarded best heritage hotel in 'Best Heritage Hotel (Grand)' category since 1997.
