1. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur was the Chief Guest at the SS Marathon -2013 held at Lake Fatehsagar. The aim of the marathon was to gather people at one place and spread public awareness about the need to save the environment and secure a healthy life style. The event was organised by S.S. College of Engineering, Udaipur, under the aegis of Spark (Mechanical Engineer's Association). Guests of Honour for the event were Ms. Madhu Mehta, Zila Pramukh, Udaipur and Mr. B.R. Bhati, ADM Udaipur.

Wednesday 20th March,
1. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur accompanied by Ms. Vrinda Raje Singh, Chief Executive Officer, Joint Custodianship Initiative Programme, Eternal Mewar, Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation attended the 2 day CII-FBN Chapter XV International Convention on Family Business Focusing on 'Connecting Generations Through Good Governance' at Kamal Hall, ITC Maurya, Newa Delhi. The opening remarks were made by Mrs. Meher Pudumjee, Chairperson, CII FBN India Chapter Core Group and Chairperson – Thermax Limited followed by a session “Succession – a never ending process” by Dr. Annelie Karisson, Executive Director, FBN, Sweden.
On the 21st March the session was initiated by Dr. Annelie Karisson “The Independent director or advisor a bridge over troubled water” followed by sessions “ Governing succession in our family business”, 'Taking on the Mantle” and “ Preparing responsible owners, professional managers and a proud family”.
