Exhibition –'Memento' at the City Palace Exhibit Gallery, Zenana Mahal
On the 11th March a photographic exhibition 'Memento' was organized at the City Palace Exhibit Gallery, Zenana Mahal, The City Palace Museum, Udaipur. The photographs were the work of three women photographers from Greece, Ms. Cornilia Sidira, Ms. Meropi Mitrou and Ms. Athanasia Papadopoulou. Their project was part of an extensive research progamme conducted whilst travelling through various parts of India. The display of photographs, included Indian Towns, Villages, river shores and religious places. The exhibition ran until the 16th March. It was supported by Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation.

On the 14th March Indian Oil Corporation Ltd. held their 47th HR Summit of oil and gas PSUs Conference at the Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Udaipur. 100 delegates attended the 2 day summit where they discussed the 'Role of HR in Building Organization Values & Work Ethos' .

Interactive cooking demonstration on Mewari Cuisine for the Light of India Group
On the 25th March a private cooking demonstration was held for "The Light of India Group", a Canadian group at the Lawns, Shiv Niwas Palace, Udaipur. The selection of dishes and the recipes were created by Shriji. The demonstration was given by Mewari ladies from the royal family assisted by Chef Akhil, Chef Love and team from HRH Group of Hotels. Prepared without oil, dishes included Stuffed Steamed Bhindi, Chicken Biryani, Steamed Keema Kofta Curry, Mewari Lauki, Fruit Crumble and Phirni. A specially designed recipe booklet printed by in-house media was given to each member of the group who enjoyed sampling the food in the presence of Shriji and Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur.
