Academic Initiative Dr. Neeraja Poddar is at The Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies Dr. Neeraja Poddar, Curator, The City Palace Museum, Udaipur, is currently Shivdasani Visiting Fellow at The Oxford Centre for Hindu Studies. The Shivdasani Visiting Fellowship is "offered to support study in any area of the arts, humanities, or social sciences relevant to the study of Hinduism." Dr. Poddar is spending the term at Oxford, researching illustrated manuscripts of the Bhagavata Purana, under the aegis of the Centre's Bhagavata Purana Research Project. She will deliver two public lectures during her tenure there, at Oxford and Leicester. Annual Guide Orientation Lecture Programme Guide Orientation Programme is organized by MMCF with

The City Palace Museum, Udaipur. In the month of June
various lectures were organized educating the history of
Mewar and other topics relating to environment
conservation. This year the programme started on 23rd
April 2018 on World Heritage Day. On the 14th May 2018 Dr. Vandana Joshi presented her lecture on the topic 'Mewari Kasth Kalash: Kawad' at MMCF Conference Hall, Udaipur. 48 guides attended the lecture. |
