At the Art Appreciation Series

A five-day art appreciation series, themed 'Indian temples- Art and Architecture,' was curated by the PN Choyal Memorial Trust. The sessions were held from the 1st to 5th July, 2018 at the Udaipur Chamber of Commerce and Industry. The speakers for the event; Mr Pratyush Shankar, Dr Deepak Kannal, Dr Jayaram Poduval, Mr Ananya Singhal and Dr P. Jha, took the audience on a visual journey across India and across time; from the earliest shrines to the large temple complexes, from simplicity to intricacy, from the profane to the sacred. This series captured the audiences with its ability to make itself relevant and leave them with something to take-back home. These enriching sessions were attended by Dr. Mayank Gupta, Dr. Hansmukh Seth, Mr. Prashant Lohar and Ms. Chelsea Santos from MMCF.
