Haji Mohammad Sharif Sheikh, wall paint artist Chitram is presently working with Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar and his association with The City Palace, Udaipur dates back from 1992. He is the 4th generation from his family who is rendering services the The City Palace, Udaipur.

His great grandfather Haji Mohammad Bakhsh Sheikh Citara has served in The Palace, Udaipur at the time of Maharana Sajjan Singh (r. 1874-1884 CE).

Haji Mohammad Sharif Sheikh painting a Chitram (wall painting) of elephant at The City Palace, Udaipur His grandfather Haji Fazuluddin Sheikh Citara worked for The Palace, Udaipur at time of Maharana Fateh Singh (r. 1884 - 1930 CE). He was also specialised in glass and wooden inlay work.

His father Haji Kudhabaksh Sheikh Citara worked in The Palace, Udaipur at the time of Maharana Bhupal Singh (r. 1930 - 1955 CE) and Maharana Bhagwat Singh Mewar of Udaipur (r. 1955- 1984 CE).

Team from All India Radio seeking sound tracks of The City Palace Museum, Udaipur

A team including Mr. Laique Hussain, Director, Bhartiya Lok Kala Mandal, Udaipur, Ms Basudha Banerji, Senior Journalist and Programme Executive at AIR, New Delhi and Ms. Shamayita, Production Assistant, AIR, New Delhi from All India Radio was in Udaipur to get the permission of use of recordings and music on 'Kaljayi Mewar' and the 'Mewar Sound and Light Show' for their feature on Maharana Pratap. Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar, Chairman and Managing Trustee, MMCF accepted and approved the use of Audio's and recordings. The team was led by Prof. Pushpendra Singh Ranawat and Mr. Raju Mansukhani from Mansar Communications.

Supporting "Art- Eco" an International Art Expedition

MMCF supported Shryansy International, organizing an International Art Expedition "Art-Eco" in collaboration with Saint Petersburg Centre for Humanitarian Programmes, Russia, Russian Centre for Science and Culture (RCSC), New Delhi, Department of Art & Culture, Government of Rajasthan. This project was designed to bring awareness to environmental and ecological aspects through art and community participation.

Art-Eco 2019-20 commenced on 11th December, 2019 and continued till 21st March, 2020. Over 75 artists from 18 different countries like Russia, Kyrgyzstan, Ukraine, Latvia, Italy, Slovakia, Austria, France, Sweden, Poland, Nepal and Bangladesh participated in event.
