Launch of Newsletter 'Nidhi Darpan'

Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar launched the first edition of newsletter 'Nidhi Darpan' special issue 'Mewar Ki Divya Darohar (Divine Heritage of Mewar)' at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur on 13th July 2021. On the occasion of the book launch, 'Nidhi Darpan's convener Dr. B.P. Bhatnagar, Dr. M.L. Nagda and Prof. Lalit Pandey and Foundation's Deputy Secretary Dr. Mayank Gupta were present. Nidhi Darpan 'Divine Heritage of Mewar', published by INTACH Udaipur Chapter, will prove beneficial for researchers and students.

Episode 4 - Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav

Azadi ka Amrit Mahotsav commemorates the 75 years of India's Independence. It is a distinct year-long weekly public lecture series on the theme of Museums of India, organized by the Heritage Society in joint partnership with Museums Association of India. The Episode 4 of the series featured The City Palace Museum, Udaipur that was represented by speakers Dr. Hansmukh Seth, Associate Curator, and Ms. Chelsea Santos, Assistant Curator from MMCF, where they covered different aspects of The City Palace Museum, Udaipur that was Live streamed on social media. The former gave an overview of the Museum, while the latter spoke about its research, programming and outreach initiatives. Dr. Mayank Gupta, Deputy Secretary, MMCF Development, chaired the session. On part of the organizers, Dr. Anand Vardhan, Museums Association of India, Dr. Anantashutosh Dwivedi, Heritage Society, and Ms. Upasna Chettri, Heritage Society - Sikkim Circle, were present to moderate the session and provide introductory and concluding remarks.
