The Museum has created a new visitor trail called 'Knits Front cover of Trail and Knacks: Fun with Fabric' that allows visitors to get up-close and fashionably creative with the Royal Textiles of Mewar. It is available on the website and at Information Desks, the Bookshop and Ticket counters, free of charge.

Annual Guide Orientation Lecture Programme

Guide Orientation Programme is organized by Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation with an objective to create awareness and educate the guides at The City Palace Museum, Udaipur. The Annual Guide Orientation programme was initiated on International Day for Monuments and Sites also known as World Heritage Day at MMCF Conference Hall on 18th April 2022.

The inaugural lecture was presented by Mr. Neeraj Tripathi on topic "Identification and age determination techniques of museum art objects and antiquities".

On the 05th May 2022 Dr. Rajneesh Sharma, Dean of School of Arts and Humanities, Sangam University, Bhilwara presented his lecture on topic - "Maharana Pratap Vishyak Sanskrit Sahitya".
