City Palace Museum, Udaipur's Participation in Earth Hour 2024

On March 23, 2024, the City Palace Museum in Udaipur actively supported Earth Hour, aligning with the theme of the 18th edition, "Uniting for Our One Shared Home." This theme highlights the interconnectedness of all global citizens and the collective responsibility to protect our natural environment. Emphasizing the crucial need for harmony between humanity and nature, this year's theme underscores the significance of sustainable practices. The primary objective is to cultivate a worldwide community that places the well-being of the planet at the forefront of all decisions and actions.

During this event, the museum symbolically turned off its lights from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM, demonstrating its commitment to this important social cause.

A Musical Evening at Maa Ghatarani Temple

The Maa Ghatarani Seva Sansthan organized a devotional musical evening at the temple of Maa Ghatarani in Debari, Udaipur on 01st April 2024. The event was graced by the presence of Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Trustee, MMCF as the Chief Guest.

Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar offered his prayers to the deity and wished for happiness and prosperity in Mewar. The performing artists included: Mr. Jagdish Vaishnav from Mungana; Mr. Ramesh Mali from Pali; Mr. Bhagwat Suthar from Koshiwada; Mr. Soni Sisodia from Pali; Mr. Suresh Gehlot from Udaipur; Mr. Premshankar Jat from Bhilwara; Mr. Rohan Suthar from Udaipur The devotees, filled with devotion, danced enthusiastically to the hymns performed by the artists. The musical evening at the Maa Ghatarani temple was a celebration of faith, culture, and the rich musical heritage of the region. The presence of the Chief Guest, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, added to the significance of the event, as he joined the devotees in their prayers and expressed his wishes for the prosperity of Mewar.
