Philanthropy Hanuman Janmotsav at Rajsamand On 2nd April 2026, Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar participated in a vibrant Hanuman Janmotsav celebration in Kankroli, joining a large procession and the traditional Trishul Diksha (trident initiation) ceremony organized by the VHP and Bajrang Dal. He began his visit at the Shree Siddheshwar Balaji Temple, where he offered a sacred coconut (shriphal) and special prayers at the feet of Balaji Maharaj. Devotees welcomed him with chants of "Jai Shri Ram" and a shower of flower petals as he sought blessings and prayed for the prosperity of the region. After the temple rituals, Shriji joined the procession to Narbadeshwar Mahadev Temple in Rajnagar. The route was alive with celebratory fireworks and continuous floral showers, reflecting the community's devotion and festive spirit. Earlier, while addressing the gathering, Shriji emphasized the enduring importance of Sanatan traditions and cultural heritage, noting that festivals like Hanuman Janmotsav reinforce religious faith and celebrating the glory of the name "Shri Ram." |
