Visiting Meera Sports Complex
On the 13th January, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur visited Meera Sport Complex at Meera Girls College, Udaipur. During his visit he encouraged the young women players about the future of women's cricket.

Celebrations take place to mark the festival of Makar Sankranti
On the 14th January, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur inaugurated a sports competition organized by Udaipur Marble Association and Udaipur Marble Processor Association to celebrate the festival of Makar Sankranti. The event started with a cricket match followed by a Chair Race, Volley Ball competition and kite flying. The Chief Guest for the occasion was Ms. Rajni Dangi with Special guests, Mr. R S Sharma and Mr. Mangilal Lunawat. Mr. Abhay Doshi, Secretary, Udaipur Marble Association and Mr. Rajesh Khamesra, Secretary, Udaipur Marble Processor Association thanked the business fraternity from the marble trade for making this event a huge success.

HRH Group of Hotels also celebrated Makar Sankranti by holding a friendly match between the Ajay Eleven and Manoj Eleven at Shikarbadi Cricket Ground, Udaipur. Mr. Ajay Jadeja, a former player from the Indian Cricket Team and Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur played for the winning team, Mr. Jadeja scoring 69 runs and Mr. Mewar 28 runs.

Selection of District Cricket Team
On the 15th January, Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur, President, Udaipur District Cricket Association announced the District Cricket Team of Udaipur. Mr. Nikhil Doru, a Ranji player was selected as captain of the team, Mr. Vineet Saxena, Vice Captain and Mr. Ajay Singh Bohera, Team Manager.

Visit to HQ 30 Infantry Brigade, Eklingarh Cantt, Udaipur
On the 21st January Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur visited HQ 30 Infantry Brigade, Eklingarh Cantt at the invitation of Brig. and Mrs. A. K. Shukla for cocktails and dinner at 13 RAJ RIF Officers’ Mess. During his visit Mr. Mewar looked at the Weapons and Equipment display.

RCA meeting in Jaipur
On 23rd January Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udiapur, President, Udaipur District Cricket Association attended the meeting of Rajasthan Cricket Association in Jaipur. The meeting was conducted by Mr. C. P. Joshi, President, Rajasthan Cricket Association to discuss the upcoming one day match series between India and South Africa in Jaipur.
