Inhouse security unit is established at the City Palace Complex
The City Palace Complex has established its own well equipped training unit to give comprehensive instruction to security personnel on all aspects of security including physical and mental training to ensure the safety and well being of visitors and staff.

The guards now undergo a rigorous one month training from retired Indian Army Instructors. Currently 200 guards have been trained in three batches and have been appointed in the City Palace Complex.

Phoenix International Business School
runs training course for operational staff at HRH Group of Hotels

Phoenix International Business School ran a training course on the 8th and 9th June with 27 Participants from HRH Group of Hotels from various operational departments.

The course is intended to develop communication and training skills for top and middle management. “Train the Trainer" were developed so that the "Trainer" would be able to pass on skills to their respective operational areas in a concise, informative and clear manner. The "Trainees" underwent an assessment as well as a simulated training exercise. Public speaking was encouraged with an emphasis on team building rapport .

Participants graduated with a certificate of completion, awarded by Phoenix International Business School and HRH Hotels. Following the seminar the "Trainers" have been actively working on sessions with their staff from Front Office, house -keeping, food service and food production all of whom have all now completed in- house trainings with more training sessions are scheduled.

Feed back from participants was excellent. Staff unable to attend the first "Train the Trainer" will be able to undertake the next course to be scheduled in the not too distant future.
