Saturday 9th October,
1. Shriji inaugurated the first branch office of Nirmal Bang Securities Pvt. Ltd. as Chief Guest at Madhuban, Udaipur. Founded by Shri Nirmal Bang in 1986, the Nirmal Bang Group is one of the leading retail broking houses in India, providing its investors with state-of-art services in capital markets in the country. Mr. Dilip Bang, Mr. Kishore Bang, Promoter; Mr. Deepak Agarwal, Head Business Operations, Mr. Abhishek Pokharna, Branch Head were also present on the occasion.

2. Shriji hosted cocktails for Padmashri Dr. Resul Pookutty at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur. Dr. Pookutty was an Academy Award winner for Best Sound Mixing for the film Slumdog Millionaire. He was in Udaipur scouting for locations with a Hollywood team.

We would like to record our most grateful thanks to Dr. Resul Pookutty who worked on analogue tapes from the House of Mewar's private recordings of HlH Maharana Bhagwat Singh ji Mewar. Dr. Pookutty stayed at Shiv Niwas Palace in 2000 where he worked for several months digitizing the recordings.

1. Ms. Parul Zaveri, Abhikram, Ahmedabad accompanied by Mr. Sachin Gupta, Patodia Contractors, Delhi called on Shriji at Shambhu Niwas Palace, Udaipur to discuss the new carpet design for the Banquet Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace.
