ONGC Conference
ONGC Ltd held a two day conference on the 19th and 20th at Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur. Lunch and dinner were arranged at The Pool Deck, Shiv Niwas Palace and Satkar Banquet Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre. 80 delegates attended the conference.

Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India Convention
The Federation of Freight Forwarders Associations in India held its 20th Bi - Annual Convention at Sabhagaar Conference Hall, The Durbar Hall, Fateh Prakash Palace Convention Centre, Udaipur. The four day convention took place from the 25th to 28th August and was inaugurated by Shriji Arvind Singh Mewar of Udaipur. Lunch and dinner were arranged at The Durbar Hall Satkar, Fateh Prakash Palace, Udaipur and Jagmandir Island Palace, Udaipur.

Visit by Commander (Retd.) V. K. Jaitly at Maharana Mewar Public School
Commander (Retd.) V.K Jaitly, Founder and Head of C CUBE Consultants conducted a seminar on Personal Improvement and success on the 27th August at Maharana Mewar Public School, Udaipur. Mr. V.K. Jaitly, a corporate motivational speaker, M.Tech. from IIT, Kharagpur talked to students about his 10 Commandments for a successful career when he also showed them a video presentation. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar of Udaipur was also present on the occasion.

Independence Day Celebration at Maharana Mewar Public School and Maharana Mewar Vidya Mandir
On the 15th August the 65th Independence Day of India was celebrated on the precincts of City Palace at Maharana Mewar Public School Stadium. The Chief Guest, Mr. Shyam Kaikini, General Manager, Lake Palace Hotel, Udaipur was given a Ceremonial welcome. He unfurled the National Flag as the School Band played the National Anthem that was followed by an inspection and parade. The Cultural Programme included an instrumental music programme followed by traditional dance and Singing The dance Vande Matram infused a spirit of patriotism and fervour.

Speaking on the occasion the Chief Guest reminded the audience of the dauntless efforts of India's freedom fighters. He hoped all the students would always do their best wherever they are and in whatever they do. Mr. Sanjay Datta, Principal, Maharana Mewar Educational Institution presented a school memento to the Chief Guest.

India's independence was also celebrated at Maharana Mewar Vidya Mandir. The Chief Guest, Mr. Varun Sahani, General Manager, Lalit Laxmi Vilas Palace Hotel, Udaipur unfurled the flag and inspected the parade. Mr. Sanjay Datta, Principal, Maharana Mewar Educational Institution delivered a speech and vote of thanks was given by the Head Boy, Yash Agrawal.
