1. Shriji attended a celebratory charity Gala in honour of

Lord Attenborough president of the NFT at Old Billingsgate. In his welcome message Lord Puttnam, Chair of the Gala committee said “Tonight we have the opportunity to say thank you to a truly remarkable man, someone who touched all of our lives and made them that a bit better”

Shriji was invited by Lord Puttnam, Chair of the Gala Committee. Other guests included Mr. Hani Farsi, Mr. Stephen Fry, Sir Michael and Lady Caine and Lord Attenborough's son Michael .

Lord Attenborough was unable to attend the dinner, but Michael read a letter on his father's behalf. The 89-year-old actor-director was celebrated at “The Entirely Up To You, Darling” gala, named after one of his famous catchphrases, which marked the launch of a fund for young filmmakers named in his honour at Britain's National Film and Television School (NFTS).
