Maharaja: Maha=Supreme, super, above
Raj=King

Patiala: State or area located in India

Pramukh: Chief (in ancient Sanskrit language – like Latin in to Western cultures)

Translation: His Highness, The Supreme King of Patiala and Chief of the Kingdom
