Col. and Mrs. Manish Kumar, Deputy Commander, 30 Infantry Brigade were Special Guests for the occasion.

The attendees thoroughly enjoyed and took inspiration from it. The Udaya Museum Book Shop was also set up at Lakshmi Chowk, The Zenana Mahal, The City Palace, Udaipur by Maharana Mewar Historical Publications Trust with all the reading material related to Maharana Pratap. All the visitors were presented with Maharana Pratap lapel pins and souvenirs. Sweets were also distributed to all the visitors. The celebration also witnessed the felicitation of 5 artists Mr. Sushil Audichya, Ms. Jeenal Jain, Mr. Manoj Laddha, Mr. Ramesh Picholiya and Ms. Ritika Shrimal by Smt. Vijayraj Kumari Mewar and Miss Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar who were felicitated for their paintings under the painting competition jointly organised by 95 FM Tadka and MMCF.

The City Palace Museum facade was all lit up and decorated to mark the occasion a day before. A flower decoration was made at Rai Angan and Pratap Kaksh. Rana Pratap Statue and The Horse 'Chetak' at Pratap Prangan, Maharana Pratap Airport, Dabok, Udaipur was also garlanded on this auspicious occasion.

Shriji along with Ms. Bhargavi Kumari Mewar and Miss Bhuvika Mewar Rathore made a pre visit to the panels exhibited at the Lakshmi Chowk, The City Palace, Udaipur. Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar visited the exhibition sight at Astabal, Kumbhalgarh Fort, Rajsamand. On the 16th, Smt. Vijayraj Kumari Mewar, His Highness Maharaja Sahib Shriman Kanak Vardhan Singh Deo of Patna Balangir, Her Highness Maharani Sahiba Sangeeta Kumari Devi of Patna Balangir, Kunwar Saheb and Kanwarani Sahiba Pranayvir Singh Dadwal of Chaunki Patiari, Mrs. Nivritti Kumari Mewar and Miss Mohlakshika Kumari Mewar were present for the events at the Zenana Mahal, The City Palace, Udaipur.
