Supporting Saksham Project of Yuva Pahal, Pali, Rajasthan

Since its inception from year 2005, Yuva Pahal has trained 5900 youth and women from rural and urban area through its various skill training programs in various districts across Rajasthan. It is an emerging NGO of Rajasthan engaged in the social development and women empowerment through integrated family welfare and livelihood projects. Yuva Pahal believes that Building livelihoods through microenterprises for girls and women is one of the remarkable steps for developing sustainability, improving household income and creating jobs where these are actually required. Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation has provided financial assistance to support the project titled Project Saksham for the skill training program for girls at Rohat, Pali, Rajasthan for the year 2018-19.

Supporting the 'Widow Care Project' at Udaipur, Rajasthan

This project is running since 2012 under the aegis of Swami Vivekanand Sewa Nyas, Udaipur. While in urban areas SVSN supports financially and health care for needy widows. SVSN has undertaken an endeavour to improve the quality of life of destitute widow residing in Udaipur and neighbouring areas of Udaipur with an objective to provide free monthly medical check-up by doctors, distribution of medicines for the whole month and if necessary refer them to other specialties for surgeries like cataract, dental care; to provide monthly pension to widow so that they can fulfil their very basic needs; to provide scholarship stationeries and uniforms to children of young widows so that they can continue their education and to provide skill development training to young capable widows so that they can earn their livelihood.

The Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation is providing financial assistance to support the 'Widow Care Project' at Udaipur, Rajasthan for the year 2018-19. The trust is inspired by the teachings of Swami Vivekanand: 'Daridra Devo Bhava' (To serve the poor is to serve god).

Since 2004, SVSN has aimed to serve the underprivileged by economic empowerment of the rural population through innovative training in agriculture and animal husbandry; infrastructure improvement of schools; healthcare delivery and awareness training and social awareness against orthodox practices such as child marriage, dowry, etc.

SVSN organized a free medical health Check-up camp at Theosophical Society, Udaipur on 31st March 2019 where Dr. I.L. Jain, Dr. Maina and Dr. Arun Bordia examined the patients. SVSN organizes a free medical camp in Udaipur which includes eye, sugar and blood pressure check-ups, surgeries and free distribution of full course of medicines for the month for these widows.
