Annual Guide Orientation Programme 2019

The two-days Annual Guide Orientation Programme was held on 24th and 25th July 2019, Mr. Bhupendra Singh Auwa, Administrator in Chief, Maharana Mewar Charitable Foundation and Ms. Smita Vats, Founder- Director of 'Itihaas' a NGO, launched the second phase of the program at the historic Durbar Hall of Fatah Prakash Palace, Udaipur along with Trainer Mr. Rajkumar Singh and Mr. Mumtaz Alam. Ms. Smita Vats, Founder- Director of Itihaas, explained the Prime Minister's Skill Development Scheme, the objective of the training is to push forward the skill development in every profession. The institution has been providing historical information for fifteen years, with the aim of making more and more people aware of the glorious Indian history.

Discussing with about 140 palace guides, trainer Mr. Rajkumar Singh and Mr. Mumtaz Alam explained the importance and powerful role of history in guiding. The trainers explained that guiding should be done by presenting correct historical information to the tourists so that the importance of each place can be understood by the tourists.
