Launch of Palace Calendar 2025 Mr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, Trustee of the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation, unveiled the Annual Calendar 2025 at The City Palace, Udaipur on 15th October 2024. This year's calendar is dedicated to the elephant of Mewar, a symbol of significant cultural and historical importance. The main page of the calendar, published by the Maharana Mewar Historical Publications Trust, features an image of Mewar's revered deity, Parameshwaraji Maharaj Shree Eklingnath Ji, alongside portraits of Mewar's original king, Bappa Rawal, Maharishi Guru Harit Rashi, and historical depictions of elephant rides with royal entourages. On the last page, the calendar includes a collection of old photographs, illustrations, and models of two newly constructed elephants currently installed in Hathi Aagad, complemented by information highlighting their historical significance. This calendar serves not only as a visual tribute to Mewar's rich heritage but also as a reminder of the enduring legacy of its cultural symbols.
