Students from Samidha Sansthan Explore The City Palace Museum, Udaipur

On November 2nd, 2024, students from Samidha Sansthan Udaipur, a center supporting destitute and visually impaired children, visited the City Palace Museum. The tour was facilitated by the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation (MMCF). During the visit, Mrs. Nivritti Kumari Mewar, Master Haritraj Singh Mewar and Miss Praneshwari Kumari Mewar released the organization's souvenir 'Kaustubham' at Khush Mahal. Mr. Chandragupt Singh Chauhan, the founder president, shared insights about the organization's mission and work. The City Palace Museum, Udaipur hosted an insightful talk by Dr.Hiren Shah, Curator and Owner of Houseum, Ahmedabad's unique lock museum, on Saturday, 9th November 2024, at the MMCF Conference Hall. Dr. Shah shared the intriguing journey of Houseum, showcasing its extensive lock collection and redefining museology by housing artefacts in a personal space.
