The panoramic view of Pichola Lake, as seen from the palace, left a lasting impression on the visitors. On 4th June 2025, Mr. Patrick Healy, Chairperson of the Cathay Group, accompanied by his wife, visited the City Palace Museum, Udaipur to explore its rich historical collections. During their tour, they visited several prominent galleries that showcase the grandeur of Mewar's royal heritage.

The couple explored the Salehkhana Gallery, home to an impressive collection of arms and armory, admired the exquisite silver artifacts in the Amar Mahal Gallery, and viewed the regal textiles and costumes displayed in the Gokul Niwas Gallery. Their visit culminated with a tour of the renowned Crystal Gallery, located within Fateh Prakash Palace and the Jagmandir Island Palace.

At the convocation ceremony of Janardan Rai Nagar Rajasthan Vidyapeeth (Deemed-to-be University), Shriji Dr. Lakshyaraj Singh Mewar, was awarded the Gold Medal for outstanding academic performance in the MBA program.

The honor was presented by Union Minister Mr. Gajendra Singh Shekhawat alongside Vice-Chancellor Prof. S.S. Sarangdevot.
