Interactive breakout sessions offered hands-on learning through manuscript readings and translations. Dr. Hansmukh Seth and Dr. Swati Jain guided participants through Bahida texts, Mewar's distinctive daily court diaries. Meanwhile, conservators Ms. Bhasha Shah and Ms. Anuja Mukherjee showcased the intricate techniques of the museum's in-house conservation laboratory.

A special panel discussion on "Development of Udaipur and its Landscape" brought together Dr. Shikha Jain, Dr. Mayank Gupta, Mr. Satish Shrimali, Dr. N. S. Rathore, and Prof. Khera, who reflected on themes of heritage, sustainable water systems, and urban growth.

Beyond the academic sessions, delegates immersed themselves in Udaipur's cultural milieu. Activities included guided explorations of The City Palace Museum, a heritage walk through Udaipur's old city, and excursions to the historic temples of Eklingji and Sahastrabahu.
