The City Palace Museum Team Attends Bihar Museum Biennale 2025

The Bihar Museum Biennale 2025, held from 7th to 9th August at the Bihar Museum, Patna, brought together an inspiring gathering of artists, curators, scholars, and cultural practitioners from India and the Global South. Ms. Geetika Kumar (Assistant Curator) and Ms. Vatsla (Curatorial Assistant) from The City Palace Museum had the privilege to attend this vibrant event celebrating contemporary art, cultural heritage, and evolving museum practices.

The seminar sessions were inaugurated by Shri Anjani Kumar Singh, Director General of the Bihar Museum, followed by an opening address from Dr. Alka Pande, Academic Director and Editor of the Bihar Museum Biennale. The keynote session featured thought-provoking presentations by Mr. Amit Sooklal and Mr. Tim Curtis from UNESCO.
