As Chief Guest Shriji emphasized on the importance of humanity and humility as the foundation of leadership, irrespective of technological advancements. He highlighted that while AI can augment processes, it cannot replace the emotional depth, compassion, and human connection that define meaningful work and relationships. His message underscored that in the pursuit of automation, human values must remain at the core of progress. Welcoming the guests, Prof. Bhimaraya Metri shared the Institute's remarkable journey since its inception in 2015. Training Session by Ms. Elizabeth Taylor Perramond

On 30th August 2025, Ms. Elizabeth Taylor Perramond, Consultant at Top Benchers, conducted an exclusive training session for the administration and archival teams of the Maharana of Mewar Charitable Foundation (MMCF), including members from the Maharana Mewar Research Institute and the Maharana Mewar Special Library.

The programme focused on enhancing emotional intelligence, leadership development, professional presence, and communication skills. In particular, it aimed at strengthening administrative systems and management practices, thereby contributing to capacity-building within MMCF's knowledge and heritage-driven institutions.

Development in Maharana Mewar Special Library

Maharana Mewar Special Library (MMSL) is an excellent resource for scholars and researchers. It has a collection of more than 37187 books till August 2025 on different subjects. The Library has special collection of books dedicated to Literature, Religion, History, Arts, Zoology, Sports and General Geography of different parts of India and the globe, and a rare collection of books on the Mewar dynasty. All the books were processed in Accession Register.

Classification done by Dewey decimal classification 19th Rev. Edition, Cataloguing (AACR II) and Bibliography; details uploaded in Library housekeeping software. Libsys and Eternal Mewar web site http://eternalmewar.in/mmsl. Stamping, tagging and scanning were also done on all these books.
